Everyone in the stack, named

Every provider behind the platform, in the group it belongs to, with one line on what it does.

This is not a customer list

This is not a customer list. Nobody named on this page is a Scalara customer, and no operator name appears here at all.

These are the providers and technology partners the platform connects to: the studios whose content reaches a lobby, the rails that move money, the services that verify a player, and the infrastructure the whole thing runs on. A name is here because there is a working integration behind it.

The marks we hold

Artwork appears here only where the partner has supplied it. Every relationship, with or without a mark, is named in the directory below.

Every relationship behind the platform, named

One line each on what a provider does for an operator. What a studio is known for is on game providers, and how a technology partner is wired in is on integrations.

A partner is only useful once it is wired in

A logo on a website is not an integration. What matters is whether the provider's output arrives inside the record your staff already work in, and whether anyone can reconstruct it afterwards.

  • Named, never implied

Every partner here has an agreed relationship. We do not show a mark to suggest one we do not have.

  • One record, not several

A provider's result lands in the platform's own record rather than in a second system your team has to open beside it.

  • The boundary is written down

What we are responsible for and what the provider is responsible for is settled before anything goes live, not after an incident.

The deposits screen with totals for deposited, failed, paid and net amounts, and a by pay currency table splitting finished deposits across USDT on Polygon, ETH and BTC.

Where the line sits between us, the partner and you

Most disputes about a third party come from nobody having written this down. So it is written down.

What Scalara is responsible for

  • The integration itself

The connection, the data that crosses it, and keeping it working when the provider changes something.

  • Where the result is recorded

A verification, a payment or a support answer is written into the platform record, with the audit entry behind it.

  • The platform side evidence

If a regulator asks what the platform knew and when, that answer comes from us.

What the provider is responsible for

  • Their own service and its accuracy

We pass a request and record an answer. The answer itself is theirs, under their own terms.

  • Their own licences and certifications

We never restate a certification a partner holds as though it were ours.

  • Their coverage and availability

Which markets, currencies and methods a provider supports is set by that provider, not by this platform.

What stays with you

  • The commercial relationship, where you hold it

On the Turnkey Platform route your payment and content agreements are yours. We do not sit between you and them.

  • The decisions a rule cannot make

Thresholds, escalations and the judgement calls on an edge case remain with your compliance team.

  • Which markets you accept

Assessed with you during discovery against your licence and the rails open to you, never assumed from this page.

Need a provider that is not on this page?

Tell us who they are and which markets you need them for. We will say what integrating them involves before you commit to anything.

Commercial terms and jurisdictional availability are assessed with you during discovery.
