Scalara Platform is a business to business supplier. We provide casino platform technology to licensed operators and to operators launching under our licence. We do not accept wagers and we do not offer gambling services to players.

Compliance decisions, recorded per player
Each deposit or withdrawal decision is stored with the amount, the outcome, the player's tier and the policy that was applied to it.
One audit trail behind every action
Player actions, staff actions and system actions share a single stream, and every row carries the actor, the role, the location and the device.

What happens to an enquiry you send us
The privacy policy names what a form collects, why we hold it, how long we keep it and how the priority score attached to it is used.

We hold one gaming licence, and we will not imply a second.
A security certificate that belongs to someone else
The information security programme is run with SPACE Admins, and the certificate is theirs. We describe it that way and no other way.
An availability percentage
We do not publish a number we do not measure, alongside the window we measured it over.

None exist yet, so none appear here.
