White Label vs Turnkey
Licence, payments, control, cost and speed compared across our two routes, including the case where neither of them fits.
Our two routes, two named providers, and building it yourself. Each page names what the other option does better.
Both sides of every page
Two of these compare us with a named provider. Each one opens with what that provider genuinely does better than we do, and every statement about them comes from their own published material with the date we read it.
We publish no scores, no ranking and no points table.
Two of our own routes against each other, two named providers, and the case for building it yourself.
Licence, payments, control, cost and speed compared across our two routes, including the case where neither of them fits.
Where SOFTSWISS is genuinely stronger, where we are different, and how the two commercial models compare.
A modular suite sold to large operators against one operational spine. Which shape suits which operator, and where each wins.
What building actually costs in people, time and regulatory exposure, and the two situations where building is still the right answer.
Every page was last checked against its sources on 6 September 2026. Each one carries its own method note.
A comparison written by one of the two parties is not neutral, and pretending otherwise would be the least honest thing on this site. So here are the three rules we hold ourselves to instead.
Every competitor page opens with what that provider genuinely does better than we do, before it makes a single argument of its own.
Statements about another provider come from that provider's own published material, with the day we last read it printed beside the comparison.
No ranking, no star rating, no points table. A number would imply a measurement we have not made and could not defend.
The four pages below are our reading. These are the questions that make any provider's answer checkable, so you can put the same eight to whoever else is on your list and compare the replies rather than the brochures.
What is the setup fee, the monthly fee and the revenue share
Ask for all three as numbers. Ours are published on the pricing page, so you can hold us to them before a call.
Which fees are yours and which belong to somebody else
Payment processing and game content royalties are billed by those providers. A quote that hides them is not a quote.
What happens to the price as volume grows
Ask where the revenue share steps, and what triggers a step in either direction.
What is excluded from the platform fee
Ask what you still have to buy. We do not replace a dedicated customer relationship, customer data or business intelligence tool.
What does the export contain, and in what format
Ask for a sample export from a real tenant. This is the question that decides whether you can ever leave.
Can verification evidence travel with the player
If it cannot, every verified player is treated as new on day one somewhere else. Ask before you sign, not during a migration.
Whose name are the provider contracts in
Game, payment and identity agreements decide the sequence of any move more often than the technology does.
What is the notice period, and what happens during it
Ask who runs the operation while you are leaving, and what the platform keeps once you have gone.
We reply within one working day.
