For established operations

You hold the licence. We hold the platform.

Keep the licence, the payment relationships and the team. Change the layer underneath them, and change only that layer.

The decisions tab of a player record, filtered by operation and outcome, showing a deposit decision with its amount, its result, the player tier and the policy applied to it.

What changes is the platform layer, and only that layer

You are not changing the business. You are changing the software underneath it, and only the parts we are accountable for. This page is about whether to move. The Turnkey Platform page is about what the product is.

  • Player account management

Account status, compliance tier, verification state and the controls that act on them, on one record.

  • Wallet and ledger

Real, bonus and locked balances tracked through one reconciled ledger, across fiat and crypto rails.

  • Games and content control

Studio visibility, lobby coverage and player facing collections controlled from one screen.

  • Compliance and audit

Tiered player checks and a searchable, tamper-evident record of every administrative and security event.

  • Back office and staff access

One portal per casino, with permissions scoped down to individual actions rather than to broad roles.

The operator dashboard metric grid with tiles for players, deposits, withdrawals, bets, gross gaming revenue, risk alerts and audit events, three of them marked as still in development.

What does not change

The reason to keep your licence is that everything attached to it keeps working. None of the following moves to us.

Yours before, yours after

  • Your gaming licence

You hold it and you report under it. Scalara's own licence covers the White Label route and does not apply to your operation.

  • Your payment relationships

Merchant accounts, acquirers and processing agreements stay in your name.

  • Your commercial contracts

Studio and aggregator terms you negotiated remain yours to hold and to renew.

  • Your player database

The accounts, the balances and the history belong to your operation, before and after a move.

Still your responsibility

  • Compliance decisions

The platform enforces the rules you set. Accountability for them stays with your licensed entity.

  • Marketing, affiliates and retention

Scalara does not run campaigns, an affiliate programme or a customer data platform.

  • Jurisdiction fit

Which markets you may serve is decided by your licence and by each jurisdiction, and assessed with you.

What Scalara does not replace

A private copy, where the deployment needs one

Turnkey operators can take a complete private copy of the platform rather than a branded route onto shared infrastructure.

Four tenant brand cards fanned out, each with its own brand mark and readiness dots, shown as separate environments rather than one merged console.

Your infrastructure, your data

A complete private copy sold as your own: infrastructure, data, player accounts and branding, rather than a skin on somebody else's hosting.

One customer can never see another

Identity, accounts and records are separated by construction rather than by a filter applied to a shared table.

Every copy runs the same codebase

Our own brands and every sold copy run identical software, so an improvement built once reaches all of them.

The audit trail listing branding, compliance and authentication events, each row carrying the actor, their role, their location and their device.

Security that does not assume trust

Every internal system proves its identity on every request, and every action lands in one searchable event stream.

The final architecture and service scope are documented for the specific deployment. Turnkey is not a blanket promise of dedicated infrastructure, source code ownership or self-hosting.

The commercials, published

Published rather than quoted on request. Scope, volume and the provider mix are agreed during discovery.

Indicative pricing

Indicative. Final commercials depend on target markets, licence model, provider mix and volume. Scalara does not replace a dedicated CRM, CDP or BI suite.

Bring your current platform to the conversation

Tell us what you run today, which providers you are contracted to, and what is actually forcing the decision.

We reply within one working day. Migration scope is agreed only after your current platform and your contractual obligations have been reviewed.
