If you are looking at EveryMatrix

A modular suite for large operators against one operational spine. Which shape suits which operator.

How this comparison was made

Everything this page says about EveryMatrix comes from what EveryMatrix publishes about itself, read on the date below. Where we could not find an answer we say so rather than guess, and we compare no certifications, because theirs are broader than ours. Scalara's own reading, not a benchmark, and we publish no scores. EveryMatrix is a trademark of its owner.

Where EveryMatrix is genuinely stronger

This comes first because it is the part you cannot get from a vendor's own comparison page anywhere else. Four of these would make us tell you to keep talking to them.

What they have and we do not

  • A genuinely broad modular product suite

Sportsbook, casino, payments and content sold as separable units, so a large operator can take one module and leave the rest.

  • A far broader regulated footprint

A long track record with tier one operators and regulated market certifications that we do not hold and do not claim.

  • Deep in house game studios

Their own studios and a content pipeline of their own, where we aggregate other people's catalogues.

  • Engineering and support at a scale we cannot match

A far larger organisation, which matters when your requirement is a bespoke integration rather than a configuration.

Read the scope boundary

One spine, so the same event is only decided once

A modular suite is assembled. The wallet, the compliance tiers, the bonus engine and the audit trail are separate products wired together, and the wiring is yours to own. Here they are one system, which is a smaller product and a simpler operation.

  • One audit trail across everything

Player, staff and system actions land in the same tamper evident stream, so a regulator question is a search rather than a reconciliation.

  • Compliance and payments act as one

The wallet reads the player's compliance standing before a balance changes, instead of asking another product and hoping the answer is current.

  • Identity isolation per brand by default

Every brand runs on its own separated login and account system, rather than on a configuration you have to remember to set.

  • One codebase behind every deployment

Our own brands and every sold copy run identical software, so an improvement reaches everyone rather than the customers who paid for it.

The Audit Trail screen listing branding, compliance and authentication events, each row carrying the actor, their role, their location, their IP address and their browser.

How the two shapes differ

Read the right hand column as what we found published, on the date under the table. Nothing here compares certifications, because that comparison would flatter us and mislead you.

Statements about EveryMatrix come from their own published material, read on the date recorded with this comparison. We publish no scores, we make no claim about their pricing or their customers, and we do not compare regulatory coverage, because theirs is wider than ours. We publish our indicative setup fee, monthly fee and revenue share. Most providers quote on request.

What consolidating onto one spine involves

Read how migration works

Replacing several modules with one system is a different exercise from replacing one platform. This is how we scope it.

Provisioning takes hours. Getting to a live, trading casino also depends on licence approval, payment onboarding and content agreements, which we sequence with you.

  1. Inventory

Every module you run today, what it decides, what it stores and which of those decisions the spine would take over.

  2. Separate

What we genuinely replace from what we do not. Reporting, campaign automation and the customer data platform stay yours.

  3. Rehearse

The move is run into a prepared environment first, with balances, verification states and bonus positions reconciled against your records.

  4. Cut over

The switch runs to an agreed plan, and the audit trail records every step of it for your regulator and for you.

Questions a technical evaluation raises

Separated. Every brand runs its own login and account system, so a player on one brand is not a player on another unless they choose to be, even inside a single group. Credentials are walled off, and a compromise on the smallest brand does not become an incident on the largest.

This is an architectural choice rather than a setting, and it is what makes a brand separately auditable, separately reportable and separately sellable later.

Yes. Evidence packs are built from the platform wide audit trail and produced from the back office rather than from a database query.

Because the trail records player, staff and system actions in one stream, with the actor, the role, the location and the device attached, assembling the record of one player, one period or one control is a report rather than a project. Your compliance officer can run it without waiting for an engineer to be free.

Yes. The ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system behind how the platform is built and operated is maintained with our partner Space Admins: documented policies with named owners, controls reviewed on a schedule, access granted by role and revoked with it, and a defined incident path.

We do not publish a certificate number or an audit scope on the website, because we would rather show you the real position under due diligence than post a claim you cannot check. Ask, and we will tell you exactly what is in place.

Four things. A description of your current stack and which parts you intend to keep. A sample of the data you can export, or at least the schema. Your contractual position with the incumbent, including notice and extraction rights. And your licence and market footprint, because that decides what is possible rather than what is convenient.

With those we can tell you what moves cleanly, what needs rebuilding, and roughly how long it takes.
