Player and identity
Connect player verification, account status and relevant controls with the wider operating workflow.
Greater control for established operators
Scalara's Turnkey route gives licensed and established operators a configurable platform foundation for connected player, wallet, game, compliance and back office operations, supported by migration planning and multi-brand capability.
Whose licence applies on this route
Quantum Digital Solutions holds Scalara's gaming licence, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
Operators on the White Label route trade under this licence. Operators on the Turnkey route hold their own licence, and this one does not apply to them.
Built for established operating requirements
An established operator is rarely choosing technology in isolation. Existing player records, wallet balances, providers, brands, team structures and compliance responsibilities all shape the platform decision.
Licensed operators preparing a new platform deployment.
Live casino businesses assessing a platform migration.
Multi-brand groups seeking a common operational foundation.
Teams that need greater control over configuration and staff access.
Operators with established integration and provider requirements.
A sportsbook is in active development and is not part of the casino platform today.

Connect player verification, account status and relevant controls with the wider operating workflow.

Support fiat and crypto activity within one player account structure, with real, bonus and locked balances tracked through reconciled ledger history.

Connect aggregated casino content to the platform according to confirmed provider, commercial and market availability.

Manage player incentives with the wallet visibility and operational controls needed to understand balance exposure.

Maintain a persistent, searchable record of operational events for review, investigation and audit preparation.

Give teams connected access to the player, wallet, bonus and platform workflows required for day to day operation.
Turnkey uses the same Scalara platform foundation as White Label, configured around a more established set of operational requirements.

Manage distinct brand requirements on a common platform foundation without rebuilding the underlying operation for every new proposition.

Bring player, wallet, balance and event information into a connected back office environment.
Give teams role appropriate access to the information and controls required for their responsibilities.
Define the payment, content, identity, support and technology providers required for the deployment.
Turnkey is intended for operators that need more than a branded route onto the platform. It creates a requirements-led environment around the brands, teams, providers and operating responsibilities already shaping the business.
Migration discovery and planning
Platform migration is not a single data transfer. Live player accounts, financial records, provider contracts, brands and team workflows all move with it, so we review each one before the migration scope is agreed.
Provisioning takes hours. Getting to a live, trading casino also depends on licence approval, payment onboarding and content agreements, which we sequence with you.
Identify the player data, account states and historical information relevant to the future environment.
Review how real, bonus and locked balances are recorded, reconciled and carried through the transition plan.
Map the existing game, payment, KYC, infrastructure and support relationships that affect the deployment.
Define which brands, settings, roles and operational boundaries need to be represented in Scalara.
Establish the responsibilities, sequencing and validation requirements needed before a cutover can be planned.
Manage multiple casino brands from a common platform foundation while maintaining appropriate boundaries between brand configuration, staff access and player data.

Create and configure additional brand environments without treating every expansion as a new platform build.

Maintain clear boundaries between operators, brands and player records within the agreed platform architecture.
Scalara is designed to bring specialist providers into one coherent operating environment. For Turnkey operators, discovery establishes which existing relationships need to be retained, which approved capabilities are required and where further integration work may be needed.
Integration availability, provider selection and replacement scope depend on the agreed deployment. Scalara does not assume that every provider can be connected or substituted universally. The full directory is on games and integrations.
Every established operator brings different architecture, hosting, access and service requirements. Scalara uses discovery to establish the deployment model the operation needs.
The final architecture and service scope are documented for the specific deployment. Turnkey should not be read as a universal promise of dedicated infrastructure, source code ownership or self-hosting.

Fiat and crypto within Turnkey
Scalara's hybrid wallet supports fiat and crypto capability within one player account structure, helping operators retain a consistent view of balances and transaction history across the platform. Exact currencies, crypto assets and payment flows depend on the confirmed provider and the agreed deployment scope.
Both routes use the same Scalara platform foundation. The distinction is the buyer's starting point and the level of migration, configuration and operational control the project requires.
Established operators with their own licence and team.
License the platform layer and keep your own licence, payments and commercial relationships. Migration and multi-brand operation are planned with you.
For new and smaller operators without their own licence.
Launch under Scalara's licence. Verification, payment orchestration, platform, games and back office arrive together, and the environment is provisioned automatically.
White Label means you trade under our licence. The licence, identity checks, payment orchestration, the platform, the games and the back office come as one package, and your brand launches inside it.
Turnkey Platform means you keep your own licence, your own payments and your own operations, and license the platform layer as a private copy you run yourself. The first route suits operators without a licence who want to start quickly. The second suits licensed operators replacing a platform without rebuilding the rest of the business.
Yes. That is the Turnkey Platform route. You keep your licence, your regulatory relationships, your payment providers and your operations, and license the platform layer as a private copy that runs on your own infrastructure holding your own data.
We are your technology supplier in that arrangement, not your licensor. Your obligations to your regulator stay entirely with you, and we support them with the platform side evidence you need, including the audit trail and regulator evidence packs.
It depends on what you are moving and how clean it is. The platform side is not usually the constraint.
The work is in the data: player records, balances, bonus states, verification history and the audit record behind them, plus whatever your current contract says about extraction and notice. We start with an assessment that establishes what exists, what can move and what has to be rebuilt, then give you a schedule from that rather than before it.
Yes, and it is a normal path. Both routes run the same platform, so the move is about the licence, the payment relationships and the commercial terms rather than about rebuilding the product.
You will need your own licence in the markets you trade in, your own payment agreements, and a plan for the player communications that a change of operating entity requires. We scope that with you rather than treating it as a switch we can flip on a date.
There is no fixed cap in the product. Each brand is a full deployment with its own player database, its own login and account system, its own back office and its own creative library, so adding one is a provisioning exercise rather than a configuration flag.
The practical limit is commercial. Each brand carries its own setup and monthly fee, and each needs its own licence position, payment routes and content agreements. Groups running several brands are a normal case, not an exception.
The studios named on our game providers page reach lobbies through aggregation, which means one integration rather than a separate build per supplier.
Availability is not universal and should not be. What a brand can offer depends on its licence and on each studio's own territory rules, so the workable catalogue for your markets is established with you during discovery. The Games screen then shows the difference between what is available and what your brand displays.
Internally, on a zero trust basis. Every internal system authenticates on every request, every component holds only the permissions its job needs, and nothing inside the platform is implicitly trusted. Each brand has its own separated login and account system.
Every action by a player, a staff member or a system is recorded in a tamper evident audit trail. Staff access is role based, down to individual permissions, and permission changes are themselves audited events. The security framework is maintained with Space Admins.
Four things, stated plainly because a cost comparison that hides them is useless. We do not replace customer relationship management and campaign automation. We do not replace a customer data platform. We do not replace a business intelligence suite. We do not provide affiliate management.
If you buy those today, keep budgeting for them. Our cost calculator has them switched off by default for exactly that reason, and switching one on adds cost to the assembled stack only.
