Verify our licence yourself
A licence you cannot check is worth nothing. Here is the number, the register entry and the certificate, so you can confirm every field on this page without asking us for anything.

The record, field by field

The public register
The authority's own copy of the record, searchable by anyone. It carries the company, the status, the licence number, the type, the dates and the domains.
The licence certificate
Our copy of the instrument, published as a file you can download and keep. Compare it against the register entry rather than against this page.
What this licence authorises
Quantum Digital Solutions (Saint Lucia, company registration 2026-00555) holds gaming licence ALSI-202608048-FI2 under the Betting and Gaming Act 2005 of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (Government Notice No. 007 of 2005), administered by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. The licence is scoped to B2C gaming activities and is valid from 31 August 2026 to 30 August 2027.
Operators on the White Label route trade under this licence. Operators on the Turnkey route hold their own licence, and this one does not apply to them.
The licence authorises business to consumer gaming activities. That is the activity a player takes part in, not the supply of software to an operator, which is why we never describe ourselves as a licensed business to business platform provider.
On the White Label route your brand trades under this licence. We are the licensee, we carry the licensee's obligations, and a new casino goes live only with both platform approval and your own explicit launch. Neither of us can sign that off alone.
On the Turnkey Platform route the licence is not part of the arrangement at all. You hold your own, you answer to your own regulator, and you decide which markets you accept. Nothing on this page transfers to your operation.
Whether a given market can be served is a separate question from whether a licence exists. It depends on your licence, on ours where it applies, and on the rules of the jurisdiction itself, including whether that jurisdiction permits remote gaming from outside it. It is assessed with you during discovery and it is never assumed.
Independent checks
Check it yourself, without asking us for anything.
Everything below is public. None of it needs an introduction, a login, or a request to our team.
Provisioning takes hours. Getting to a live, trading casino also depends on licence approval, payment onboarding and content agreements, which we sequence with you. If your legal team needs something the register does not show, ask for it. We would rather answer a hard question before a contract than after one.
Open the register
The Anjouan gaming public register is searchable by anyone. It carries the company, the status, the licence number, the type, the issue and expiry dates and the domains.
Search for the licensee
Search the licensed company, not the brand and not the product. They are different names, and only one of them appears on a register.
Match the licence number
Compare the number on the register entry against the one printed above. They should be identical, character for character.
Check the dates
A licence that has expired is not a licence. Confirm that today falls inside the validity window shown on the register, not only on this page.
Read the certificate
We publish a copy of the certificate as a file you can download, so the register entry and the document can be compared against each other.

The licence is scoped to business to consumer gaming activities. It is not a business to business authorisation, and it says nothing about any other authority.
What we do not claim about it
Each of these is a claim we could make and do not, because it would not survive the first check a reviewer runs.
It is not a licence from another authority
We hold this one. We have not attached the name of any other regulator to it, and we will not.
It is not a business to business authorisation
It authorises gaming activity offered to players. Supplying platform software to an operator sits outside its scope.
It is not a list of markets you can serve
Market eligibility is decided by your licence, by ours where it applies, and by each jurisdiction's own rules.
If you hold your own licence
If you already hold a gaming licence, the Turnkey Platform route is the one built for you. You license the platform layer and keep everything above it: your licence, your payment relationships, your commercial terms and your regulator relationship.
We will ask to see the scope of your licence early, because it shapes the deployment. Which markets you accept, where player data can sit, which payment rails are open to you and which content your suppliers can serve are all decided by it rather than by us.
What we supply is the record. The tiered checks, the compliance gates in the wallet and the audit trail behind them exist so your compliance team can evidence a decision when somebody asks for it. The decisions themselves stay yours.
We do not advise on licence applications and we do not promise that an application of yours will be approved. If you are still applying, say so at the first call. It changes the sequence, not the answer.
Questions reviewers ask about the licence
What reviewers ask before a contract, answered in the same words we would use on a call.
Two ways, both public. The licence appears on the Anjouan gaming public register, which anyone can search without asking us for anything. We also publish a copy of the certificate as a downloadable file on our licensing page, alongside the licence number, the licensed entity, the scope and the validity window.
If your legal team wants something else during due diligence, ask. We would rather answer a hard question early than have it surface after a contract is signed.
You are, and we build the platform so that you can be. We supply the checks, the tiers, the gates and the record. You decide which markets to accept, where thresholds sit, what evidence each tier requires and what happens to an escalated case.
On the White Label route we also carry our own obligations as the licensee, which is why a new casino needs both platform approval and your explicit launch. Neither of us can sign that off alone.
Send the register entry to your legal team first.
We answer in writing wherever a written answer is what your reviewers need.
