Payments

Withdrawal review

The check a staff member performs before a payout is released, weighing the amount against the player's verification state, compliance tier, deposit history and any screening result. It is the last reversible moment in the chain, which is why it is staffed.

What it means for an operator

Two failures cost operators most: holding a legitimate payout for days, which drives churn and complaints, and releasing one that should have been questioned, which is unrecoverable.

Scalara assembles the context for the reviewer rather than making them hunt for it, and records the approval, the hold or the escalation in the audit trail with its reason. The audit trail then shows request, approval, processing and payout as separate events.
