Platform

Player account management

The system of record for every player: registration, identity state, balances, bonuses, limits, session history and the account states that decide what a player may do. It is the part of a casino platform a regulator asks about first, and the part hardest to replace later.

Platform

Written in contracts as
PAM
Terms it sits beside
Tiered compliance model, Seamless wallet, Audit trail

Part of the Scalara iGaming glossary, written for operators choosing a platform.

What it means for an operator

Operators often shop for a lobby and inherit a PAM by accident. That is the wrong way round. Everything commercial runs through the account: whether a deposit is allowed, whether a bonus can be granted, whether a withdrawal is released, and what the regulator sees when it asks. A weak PAM shows up as support tickets, as reconciliation work, and eventually as a migration.

On this platform, PAM is included in the monthly fee rather than sold as a module, and the compliance tier lives inside the account rather than beside it.
