The share of stakes an operator actually kept over a real period, as opposed to the theoretical share the game maths predicts. It moves with player behaviour, game mix, bonus cost and luck, and over a short window it can differ sharply from expectation.

What it means for an operator
New operators panic at a bad month and celebrate a good one. Neither tells you much on its own, because hold converges slowly and bonus cost distorts the early picture more than anything else.
