Transfer wallet
The older wallet model, in which a player moves funds from a casino balance into a game provider's own balance before playing and back again afterwards. Each transfer is a discrete event, and a failed transfer leaves money stranded between two systems.

What it means for an operator
Transfer wallets survive where a provider integration cannot support real time debits, and they still appear in some regional and legacy setups. The cost lands on support. Every stranded transfer is a ticket, and every ticket needs someone with access to both systems to resolve it.
Scalara does not ask players to move money between balances. If you are migrating from a platform that does, expect the balance mapping to be one of the more careful parts of the migration plan.
