Gaming licence
The authorisation from a regulator that permits an operator to offer gambling to players, in defined activities and often in defined territories. It carries conditions on player protection, anti money laundering, reporting and advertising, and it can be suspended.

What it means for an operator
Scope matters more than the certificate. A licence is granted for particular activities, and a business to consumer licence does not make its holder a licensed supplier to other operators.
Scalara's group entity holds one B2C licence, which is what White Label brands trade under. Turnkey operators hold their own and our licence does not apply to them. The full statement, the register link and the certificate are published on the licensing page.
